WhatsApp is bringing this special feature

WhatsApp recently added the biometric unlock feature to the Android app. This feature was launched by the company for ios beta users three months ago. Now the Facebook-owned company has released a new beta update for its ios users.

Memoji stickers have been supported in this new update. According to a report by Wabetainfo, this feature will be made available in the next iOS 2.19.90 official update. That is, with the introduction of new features, Apple iPhone users will be able to create and share Memoji or personalized Animoji.

Till now, users were able to send Memoji to their friends and family members only through iMessage. However, this popular feature was not given to WhatsApp users till now. But now this is going to change.

According to a WABetaInfo report, WhatsApp is working on a new feature that will allow users using iPhone X or higher models to share Memoji via the platform. That is, when this function finally rolls out, WhatsApp users will not only be able to share videos, GIFs, and emoji but can also send their Memoji avatar.

Apart from the Memoji feature, the label ‘WhatsApp by Facebook’ will also be added to the ios based app from WhatsApp. This new label is present in WhatsApp beta in iOS version 2.19.90.23.

However, talking about the Memoji feature in WhatsApp’s ios app, it has not been made available in the app at the moment. The blog states that the Memoji sharing function will be made available in the future version of the app.

Apart from this, let us tell you that WhatsApp is also preparing to provide support for group sticker and album in WhatsApp web.
