Many people are facing a lot of difficulties due to lack of information and awareness. Often people forget to take their car papers with them and this negligence is now becoming expensive. But if you have only two apps on your mobile, then you can avoid huge invoice amount due to such a mistake. You will also be able to drive a vehicle without a driving license and registration certificate (RC).

Government’s two apps can be of great use for you. These apps are Digilocker and M-Parivahan. Let us tell you what are these apps, how are they used and what are their benefits? With their help, you will be able to drive a vehicle without driving license and registration certificate (RC). Even if you do not have a driving license and RC, your challan will not be cut by any traffic police.

The government has launched the digital locker scheme, in which you will be able to keep soft copies of your DL and RC in a DigiLocker. With the help of this, you can keep a digital copy of all the important documents with you. This digital copy will be accepted on demand from the traffic police.

DigiLocker

DigiLocker: The government has created a website digilocker.gov.in for this. From here you can download the Digilocker app. After this, you can open your DigiLocker account. For this, you have to enter the mobile number. Then one-time password (OTP) will come on your mobile number using which you can authenticate the mobile number. Then the username and password have to be selected.

After creating a DigiLocker account, you can upload your document. Through DigiLocker, the insurance company and the motor licensing officer (MLO office) will also have access to related government departments. In view of security, it will also have a QR code so that no one can tamper with any other documents. PM Modi started this ambitious project on 1 July 2015.

M-Parivahan

M-Parivahan: Similarly, in the M-Parivahan app prepared by NIC, you can also keep a scene copy of your driving license, registration paper, vehicle insurance, and pollution certificate in your mobile phone.

With its help, users can also take advantage of 20 to 30 different services like license renewal. Security has also been taken special care in this app. Go to Google Play and search and download it to your mobile. After downloading it, you can save a soft copy of all your important documents in it.

For this, you have to feed your car’s chassis number and engine number. After doing this, your papers will appear on the dashboard.

Apart from this, verify it by entering the DL number and it will be available on the dashboard. Not only this, all the information about your car will be on your mobile, that is, you do not need to carry the necessary documents with you.
