According to a study published in the British Journal of Nutrition, those who consume daily orange juice, they have a 24% lower risk of brain stroke than others. At the same time, the risk of heart-related diseases is also lower. For this study, the team of researchers has tested 35,000 men and women in the age group of 20 to 70 years.

Researchers from the Netherlands National Institute for Public Health said, not just orange, but other juices are very beneficial for health and they also reduce the risk of stroke.
